Responsibilities
- Have a strong understanding of developing/coding custom websites in WordPress.
- Manage multiple website projects of various sizes, from design to completion.
- Produce realistic timelines with clearly defined project deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality meets or exceeds the client’s expectations.
- Set-up projects in WHMCS or Basecamp, manage progress and completion of all project deliverables, facilitate collaboration between internal creative and technical teams, and work with clients to remove roadblocks, adjusting budgets and resources as appropriate.
- Document all project activities, including meeting agendas and summaries, with follow up activities.
- Ensure visibility of project status client and team.
- Provide strategic direction to client's brand marketing initiatives.
- Manage communication and relationship building with clients.
- Pro-actively present new business building ideas for each account that you service to promote long-term client relationships.
- 5+ years of experience with digital/traditional, preferably at an advertising agency
- Must be VERY Proficient in programming custom designed WordPress websites & Website Development.
- Knowledge of standard project management tools (e.g. Teamwork, Basecamp, WHMCS)
- Understanding of development process for website delivery, email delivery, online advertising

Website Developer
Miller Media, a growing company in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, is seeking an in-house (currently working remote due to COVID locals preferred), Creative Web Developer. We provide our clients with websites and marketing solutions that help their business grow. Miller Media is recognized for our innovative web marketing solutions.
We are seeking a WordPress Web Developer to build beautiful websites for our customers. You’ll work in a team atmosphere and play a crucial role using the latest web technology. You will work with our design and marketing team, and fellow developers, to create and maintain web sites and online marketing campaigns.
You will need to be able to quickly create websites using the latest web standards. The work involves exposure to the latest technologies, online marketing methods, and tools. You’ll be working on marketing campaigns including website, mobile, and front-end web development.
Skills and Experience
- Strong grasp of writing semantic front-end code using HTML5, CSS, PHP, and jQuery
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and Joomla
- Ability to extend and customize WordPress functionality
- Ability to extend and customize Joomla functionality
- Integrate WordPress themes and plugins as necessary to meet the needs of customers
- Integrate Joomla templates and plugins as necessary to meet the needs of customers
- WordPress & Joomla E-Commerce integration and customization

Web Designer / Graphic Artist
Miller Media is seeking a full-time, in-house (locals only), Creative Web Designer / Graphic Artist. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Qualifications
- Design website mockups in PSD or Fireworks PNG format for our developers to easily slice. Must be familiar designing for WordPress sites, mobile / responsive, and parallax scrolling
- Branding including logo design and business cards
- Email marketing design
- Knowledge of connecting to FTP
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to multitask under tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Miller Media is seeking a talented and experienced inside sales/telemarketer to support our sales representatives. The right candidate must be persuasive and articulate in order to set appointments and focus on lead generating activities. (Cold calling appointment setting only, no sales). Must be computer savvy and have general office administrative experience. Attention to detail, a working knowledge of Website design, Search Engine Marketing, Google Analytics and industrial marketing is a plus. Although heavy phone work is involved, this position requires some internet research and email marketing. Miller Media has a pleasant work environment and is conveniently located in Bloomfield Hills, MI.

Internet Marketing Analyst - SEO
If you would like to work with a talented team of web designers and developers that are focused on building websites that feature great design, perform well on the search engines and convert at a high rate, then this is the opportunity you are looking for.
This role is responsible for the implementation and execution of internet marketing programs across a variety of channels, including SEM, SEO, Social Media and web analytics. The SEO Strategist must be able to take a client's business goals and develop a successful strategy to drive measurable results. This position will be responsible for managing the SEO & SEM for multiple clients; completing competitor, keyword, and technical site analysis; modifying websites; monitoring analytics and goal conversions; and developing and implementing link-building strategies.
Qualifications
- Have a proven track record as an SEO Specialist
- 2+ years of experience in an agency or client-side digital marketing setting, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing SEO campaigns
- Have a knowledge of several content management systems (WordPress and more)
- Be able to create an internet marketing strategy that includes e-mail, social media and content marketing
- Ability to create copy for websites, blogs, social media and e-mail blasts
- Familiar with Google Analytics and conversion improvement techniques

Sales Representative: Website Design & Search Engine Marketing
We are building a solid sales team of professionals that understand the value of search marketing and website design for entrepreneurs, businesses and professionals. We have a strong client base and a proven track record. We are passionate about Website Design & Search Engine Marketing. Your job will be to sell web design and search marketing to medium sized businesses.
We are looking for skilled sales people who can utilize a consulting sales approach and provide clients with solutions that will best fit their needs. If hired, you will be employed as an Independent Contractor, and you will be paid a generous commission up to 20% on all closed sales. You must be able to work well with minimal supervision.
You must have a basic understanding of web design lingo and know how to speak professionally with a potential client about web design and search marketing.
